Data Deletion Instructions
You can stop Trackwave Studio from accessing your Meta accounts and ask us to delete your data at any time. There are two steps. You can do the first one on your own, and the second one by email.
Step 1. Remove the app from your Meta account
Facebook: go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), select Trackwave Studio and choose Remove. You can tick the option to delete the posts, photos and videos the app published on your behalf.
Instagram: go to Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites, select Trackwave Studio and remove it.
Once removed, we can no longer read from or publish to your account.
Step 2. Ask us to delete your data
Send an email to leadfastsystem@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request. Please include the email you used for your account and, if you connected Meta, your Instagram username or Facebook Page name, so we can find your data. We may ask you to confirm it is you before deleting.
What we delete and when
- Data received from Meta (account IDs, usernames, performance metrics) and your access tokens.
- Content you uploaded, including recordings of your face and voice, and any voice or face models created from them.
- Your account profile and project data.
We complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your request and reply to tell you when it is done. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records, and only for as long as required.
