Trackwave Studio

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of Trackwave Studio (the "Service"), provided by Trackwave, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Trackwave", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

1. The Service

Trackwave Studio helps customers produce short videos and, if the customer connects their accounts, publish approved videos and view performance metrics. Features, pricing and availability are described when you place an order and may change over time.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Connected accounts

When you connect an Instagram, Facebook or advertising account, you authorize us to act on that account only within the permissions you grant on Meta's authorization screen. You confirm you own or are authorized to manage the account. We publish only videos you have approved. You can disconnect at any time, and your use of Meta products stays subject to Meta's own terms and policies. Meta may limit or revoke access independently of us, and we are not responsible for changes Meta makes to its platform.

4. Your content, face and voice

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to deceive or defraud people, impersonate a real person without permission, create misleading or harmful synthetic media, spam, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, break the law, or violate the terms of Meta or any other platform. We may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices, what is included, what counts as an approved video and any free revisions are shown when you place an order. Fees are charged through our payment processor. If we fail to deliver what the order describes, we will correct it or refund the affected amount. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or withdrawal right you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as AI model providers, hosting, payment processors and Meta. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we will work to find an alternative when one affects you.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software and brand. Videos produced for you are yours to use once paid for, subject to the rights of any third-party material you asked us to include.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee results such as views, followers, sales or ad performance, or that connected platforms will always be available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Trackwave is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we must do so to comply with law or a platform's rules. Sections that by nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
