Trackwave Studio

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 26, 2026

This policy explains how Trackwave, LLC ("Trackwave", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use Trackwave Studio (the "Service"), including when you connect an Instagram, Facebook or Meta advertising account.

1. Who we are

Trackwave, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, Office 5328, Orlando, FL 32819, USA. Contact: leadfastsystem@gmail.com. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We use data we receive from Meta only to provide the features you chose. We do not use it for advertising profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of people other than you.

4. Your face, voice and likeness

We create videos that use your face or voice only with your explicit consent, and only for your own videos. We do not use your recordings to create content for anyone else and we do not use them to train our own or third-party AI models for other customers. Where we use third-party AI providers to generate video or audio on your behalf, we send them only what is needed for that task. You can ask us to delete your recordings and any voice or face models made from them at any time (see section 8).

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contract and only as needed: hosting and storage, AI video and audio generation providers, payment processing, email delivery, and Meta, when you connect your Meta accounts. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

6. Meta platform data

Information we receive through Meta APIs is used in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We keep access tokens encrypted. You can revoke our access at any time in Facebook under Settings & privacy > Settings > Business Integrations, or in Instagram under Settings > Website permissions. After you revoke access we stop collecting data from that account and delete data received from it as described in section 8.

7. International transfers

Trackwave operates from the United States and works with providers in several countries. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your information may be transferred to the United States and other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When you disconnect an account or ask us to delete your data, we delete data received from Meta and your uploaded recordings within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (for example invoices). Instructions are on the Data Deletion page.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and people in the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Service is for adults and businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. If the changes are material we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. The effective date above shows the latest version.
