What it is

Trackwave Studio is a video production service operated by Trackwave, LLC. Customers provide a brief, and we help produce short vertical videos. With the customer's permission, the service can connect to the customer's own Instagram professional account, Facebook Page and ad account to publish approved videos and to show performance metrics for those videos.

The service is in private development. This site describes how we handle customer information and what customers can expect from us.

How connected accounts work

• A customer connects an account only by signing in on Meta's own authorization screen. We never see or store your Meta password.
• We publish only videos the customer has approved.
• We use the access you grant only for the features you turned on. You can disconnect at any time from your Meta settings or by contacting us.
